He holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology and is certified in NLP, Accelerated Learning, and HRDC's Train-the-Trainer program.
He is a passionate advocate for integrating AI in learning design and has authored the e-book “101 ChatGPT Prompt Ideas for Learning Designers.” Through his workshops and writings, CoachSalwan empowers trainers and facilitators to embrace AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance creativity, productivity, and impact in the learning space.
