Cancellation & Refund Policy — FAQ
Cancellation by Client
The Client may cancel their confirmed booking by providing written notice (via email or official message) to MMCSB. However, all payments made are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason or notice period. No partial refunds will be provided if the Client ends their booking earlier than scheduled.
Cancellation by Venue
In the rare case that MMCSB must cancel a confirmed booking (due to venue issues, maintenance, or other operational reasons), the Client will be offered a full refund of all payments made or a reschedule to a mutually agreed-upon date at no additional cost.
Postponement or Rescheduling
Postponement or rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to room availability, operational capacity, and written approval by MMCSB. No refund will be issued in the case of postponement.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond MMCSB’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power outages), MMCSB will act in good faith to reschedule the booking to a later date. No refunds will be issued for force majeure disruptions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Refund Process
As payments are non-refundable, no refund process will apply unless otherwise stated by MMCSB in writing under exceptional circumstances.
If I finish my event early, can I get a partial refund?
No. Clients who end their event early are not entitled to partial refunds.
